I actually am going to try these, once I buy some wire. I have tons of beads and really want to get some emerald and ruby beads. This is simple enough, yet pretty and flirty. Check it out.
Change is good! I have reopened a new Etsy Pattern store, called the Pink Flamingo. I have a ton of inventory to list, and could take a while. I am looking at some other new creative endeavors that have more to do with teaching. My kids are growing up, and it is time to expand my wings. Join me in this new creative adventure!

How To Make Your Own Charms
These are so cute, and it looks easy enough to do. It is using clay to make your own charms, for charm bracelets, pendants, earrings, whatever you like to use charms for. I think this would be great for my daughter to learn to do. Awesome video!

Learn To Make A Swarovski Crystal Cross Necklace
This tutorial I have used, and it is not difficult at all. I had extra bicones from a necklace I repaired for a friend, so I used them to make this cross pendant, and then it became a gift for another friend. The one thing I do not care for is that I find headpins very difficult to work with. They are not all that pliable and it is hard on the hands, even with the tools. If I do this again I want to try to find a more pliable headpin for ease of use. Give this one a try, it is pretty easy.

Art Clay Silver
I actually heard about this Art Clay Silver, while listening to JTV a few days ago. I have been looking at it, and am considering giving it a try. I am not sure if it will be this year, or next, because like all new projects there is quite a bit of investment involved, so for now I will read, watch and learn. If any of my readers have any experience with this particular product, I would love to hear your experiences.

Learn To Make A Beaded Gemstone Tree
This is such a cool idea. I wish I was nearly as creative as some of these people I see. This a gemstone bead tree. It looks very simple to make. Give it a try, and tell me how you like it.
There are 39 days left until Christmas, and here is today's gift idea. Be sure to check out the archives for all the gift ideas, and special sale codes for my Etsy store.

Wire Wrap A Pendant Basic Technique
If you want to learn wire wrapping, this is the easiest most basic step you should start with. I like that she used very large beads that are easy to hold on to and maneuver. Once you get a feel for the technique you could wire wrap the smaller ones which in my opinion are more complicated. These are great, and affordable for young girls, and teenagers, to learn to make for their friends.
