This is a 10k white gold pendant, not plated, but solid gold, with a 8mmx6mm oval orange lab created sapphire gemstone. There is a one point genuine diamond accent. Lab created gemstones are an affordable beautiful alternative to the real more expensive thing. Lab created stones will test as genuine stones, they are not CZ's. There is no chain, just the pendant.
