The Birthstone for May: Emeralds

I love so many gemstones, but I truly love Emeralds. I love the brighter green hues, more than the darker hues. I do not currently have any Emerald left in my loose gemstone collection, but I hope to start accumulating some again, soon. Emerald is the birthstone for May, and my daughter's birthstone. Emerald and Green Sapphire Ring

Emerald one of the three precious gemstones. With vivid green color, and a vivid price tag, most people can not afford a good quality emerald. Emerald is the birthstone for May, and my daughters birthstone. This is a size 5 sterling silver 3.5mm round emerald, surrounded by mint green sapphires. Emerald and Green Sapphire Ring

This sterling silver green Sapphire semi mount, was purchased from one of my favorite Ebay suppliers. He does not stamp all his settings 925, but I own several of his settings, and they have never tarnished. I hand set the lovely 3.5mm round Emerald into the setting. The surrounding stones, are mint green Sapphires. It is a size 5, and I must say I love it, definitely one of my favorites.
